ME and MOM Military Families is a compassionate support initiative dedicated to supporting military mothers and families through pregnancy, postpartum challenges, deployment-related stress, and the emotional demands of military life. We understand that military families often face unique hardships, including separation during deployments, frequent relocations, limited support systems, and the stress of navigating pregnancy and parenthood far from loved ones.

Our goal is to help connect military mothers and families to free mental health support during and after pregnancy so they do not have to face these challenges alone. Through emotional support, community connection, and compassionate outreach, ME and MOM Military Families aims to provide encouragement and support during some of life’s most overwhelming moments.

We believe that caring for a mother emotionally is an important part of caring for the entire family. ME and MOM Military Families exists to bring hope, compassion, and support to military families while honoring the sacrifices they make every day.
