Sean Daneshmand, MD, is an obstetrician and gynecologist specializing in maternal and fetal medicine at Scripps Clinic. Dr. D is double-board certified in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and maternal-fetal medicine. He is recognized as one of the San Diego region's top specialists for high-risk pregnancies and is the medical director of the maternal-fetal medicine program at Scripps Clinic, which coordinates the care of mothers and babies with specialists who may be involved or needed as part of the labor and delivery team. The program provides services to high-risk pregnant women throughout the Scripps Health system. When not caring for patients, Dr. Daneshmand loves giving back and connecting to his community.

Yvonne Meneses brings extensive healthcare leadership experience as Director of Operations. With her BSN and RN credentials, she combines clinical expertise with operational excellence to drive organizational success. Yvonne is dedicated to fostering a culture of quality care and continuous improvement across all departments.

Miriam Fesili brings extensive experience in volunteer coordination and auxiliary program management. As Director of Volunteer & Auxiliary Operations, she oversees community engagement initiatives and ensures seamless collaboration across all support programs. Her dedication to building strong volunteer networks strengthens our organization's impact and reach.

Pine Wade brings strategic vision and creative excellence to our marketing efforts. With a passion for building meaningful brand connections, Pine leads our team in developing campaigns that resonate with our community. His expertise spans digital strategy, content development, and customer engagement initiatives that drive our mission forward.
