ME and MOM NICU Babies is a compassionate support initiative dedicated to mothers and families with babies admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). We understand that a NICU stay can bring fear, emotional exhaustion, uncertainty, and feelings of isolation during an incredibly vulnerable time for families.

Our goal is to help connect mothers and families to free mental health support during and after pregnancy, so they do not have to navigate the NICU journey alone. Through emotional support, community connection, and compassionate outreach, ME and MOM NICU Babies aims to support families as they face premature birth, medical complications, long hospital stays, and the transition home after discharge.

We believe that caring for a mother emotionally is an important part of caring for her baby medically. ME and MOM NICU Babies exists to bring hope, compassion, encouragement, and support to families during one of the most difficult and emotional experiences of parenthood.
